Facilities
Our in-house laboratory facilities include serum chemistry, hematology, serology, parasite testing capabilities, FeLV/FIV, and heartworm testing. When necessary, we use university and veterinary laboratories for specialized diagnostics.
Digital X-Ray and Ultrasound
Our ultrasound and digital X-ray capabilities include diagnoses of many diseases and early pregnancy detection. Digital X-ray gives us the ability to consult with board-certified radiologists, if necessary.
Appointments
Although we care for pets primarily by appointment, walk-ins are accommodated and will be seen as time allows. Like humans, animals do not synchronize their illnesses with an appointment book, and procedures can sometimes take longer than planned. So, an occasional appointment delay can occur. Large-animal farm calls usually can be made with a 1-2 day notice.
Fees
We make every effort to ensure that all fees are fair and reasonable; we encourage you to discuss charges before services are rendered.
Staff
Dr. Lewis McCurdy and Dr. Blaine O’Reilly have a staff that consists of three certified veterinary technicians, as well as kennel and support personnel.
